Hours and Scheduling

You can schedule an appointment with one of our team any day of the week, including Saturday and Sunday. All new appointments are prepaid and scheduled online. We do not have walk in availability at this time.

As much as we love it when you call us, we'd rather be in session working on you. Please keep in mind that when you are in our office, our priority is on you and not on taking phone calls. If at all possible, try to schedule online. It's easy, but if you have a problem or a question, we are happy to get back to you at our earliest convenience.

Our appointments are prepaid. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Gift certificates are also available to purchase online and can be emailed instantly to the recipient or to print and give in person. Just scroll down to the gift certificate section and chose from the service, or by the dollar amount you wish to spend. 

When redeeming a gift certificate online, just enter the gift certificate number in the payment section. If you have any trouble redeeming a gift certificate, call us at 806-340-4544. Some special offers may require phone scheduling.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
